​Skin Dynamics is a private skin care and laser clinic located in Cranbrook BC . Our facilities provide a setting where our clients find both comfort and expertise while receiving professional skin consultations, innovative treatments and customized product recommendations. We are a medical aesthetic clinic including IPL laser, Botox, injectable fillers, skin consultations and mineral make-up. OUR TEAM
Dr. Kathryn Wentworth MD, MbCHB
Dr. Kathryn Wentworth is an advanced injector who has been injecting since 2006 with a very natural approach to anti - aging and beautification.
​
She has advanced training in both cosmetic and therapeutic Botox, Fillers and skin health. Dr. Wentworth is a member of the Canadian Association of Aesthetic Medicine. She graduated from the University of Cape Town with distinctions in her clinic exams and the degrees with honours. In 2004 she moved to Cranbrook where she lived for 12 years. In 2016 she moved with her family to Calgary, but her heart is still in the beautiful Kootenays where she enjoys her monthly visits for her clinics.
She has 3 children, James, Liam and Maya, who are her greatest joy.

Sharissa Lutz
Sharissa is a medical aesthetician and certified laser technician with over 20 years experience in the aesthetic and skin care industry. She only uses new state of the art laser equipment, provides safe and effective laser and facials and skin rejuvenation.
Sharissa takes pride in working with each client to develop a personalized treatment plan.
Larissa Wharmby (RN)
Larissa is a registered nurse certified in cosmetic injecting-specializing in cosmetic facial botox, lip filler and PRP treatments for facial rejuvenation and hair restoration. She trained for years with Dr Wentworth and has completed multiple training courses with the Beauty Academy in Calgary, Allergan, the ZO and Alumier skin health team.
She loves to help her clients feel confident, happy and as beautiful on the outside as they are on the inside.When she isn't working, Larissa enjoys spending time with her family, travelling and trying new things.
Natasha Elechko
Natasha has a background in nursing and extensive training in skin health and medical aesthetics. She offers skin consultations, medical grade facials designed for your specific skin needs, medical grade micro-needling, Dermalinfusion and peels ranging from a red carpet glow peel to deeper peels designed for specific concerns like pigment or wrinkles. She is passionate about helping clients feel confident in their skin through sharing her knowledge of medical grade skincare and in-clinic treatments. When she’s not at the clinic, you can find Natasha with her little ones or exploring the outdoors!
